About Me

Hello! I am a PhD student in English at the Ohio State University. I got my Master's at OSU as well and was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I have college, high school, and middle school level teaching experience, applicable to all types of verbal writing and communication!

I am very much invested in each of my student's individualized learning needs and goals. Using the Socratic method, I like to engage in open-ended questioning to help the student him/herself achieve an answer or clarification.

Experience

I am currently an Instructor of first and second year English composition and literature at the Ohio State University. I teach research writing, literary analysis, composition & rhetoric, and critical reading skills.

Approach

My approach is student-centered, and I adapt my lessons and study guides according to each individual student's needs and goals.
