About Me

I am a recent graduate of UCLA, where I received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and a minor in Geography. I graduated cum laude with departmental honors, and I'm currently applying to Master's programs throughout the U.S. and the UK!

Experience

During high school and college, I frequently led study groups in various math, science, language arts, and social science courses. Through this experience, I learned to explain and teach a wide variety of subjects.

Approach

Throughout my academic career, I've learned best from teachers who understand how I learned best and take the time to explain concepts in a variety of ways. I aim to take every student's learning strategies and preferences into account when tutoring them, and use that knowledge to personalize creative methods of describing an idea or difficult subject.
