About Me

I have a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in accounting. I've been tutoring for over four years, and I've been teaching piano since 2019.

Experience

I worked in Kumon from June 2021 to March 2023. I did math tutoring in a middle school from September 2023 to March 2024, and I did 1-2 months of language arts tutoring for 4th grade in an elementary school (Both were through Sapphire Youth Development Center). I've been doing tutoring for CogniTutor online since August 2023, and I've been a high-dosage tutor for Tutor.com since November 2025. Separate from all of this, I've also done 3-4 months of tutoring for math and language arts in person.

Approach

I take the time to understand what the students need to work on, and I'm patient. I pay attention to details, and I can see if the student is lacking foundational knowledge. If they are, then I can help them with that.
