About Me

My is Oluwatobi Olonisakin and I am a sophomore at maryland/towson">towson-university">maryland/towson">Towson University. I am majoring in Medicinal Chemistry and I plan on going to pharmacy school as soon as I graduate from my undergraduate studies at maryland/towson">towson-university">maryland/towson">Towson University.

As a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars, I started maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring as a volunteer position at the NACA friendship Academy, a school in maryland/baltimore">Baltimore City. I love maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring because I love to see others succeed. I believe that any problem can be solved if there is hard work and dedication put into it. When I see the smile on my student's faces, that makes me happy because I know that I am making a difference.

My approach is to first take a diagnosis on my student's skills. I need to know exactly where they are already proficient, so that I can help them with the areas that they are struggling in. I will provide my student with the information on their strengths, so they can be encouraged with what they have already learned. They next thing I do is to make a checklist. This is effective in tracking progress and will motivate my student to want to move on to the next subject. I sincerely believe that my student will be able to master the material because they will be motivated and they will be given all the strategies and techniques to succeed.
