Fun Facts
A fun fact about me is that I love to go fishing. My family owns and operates a charter fishing boat out of New London CT. I am one of four children and I am a family oriented person.
About Me
I am 23 years old and have two degrees. I am applying to the State of Connecticut to be certified in elementary education and secondary English. I graduated from Albertus Magnus College Cum Laude with a 3.7 GPA. I graduated from the University of connecticut/new-haven">New Haven with a 3.8 GPA.
Experience
While attending the Albertus Magnus College, I was a psychology connecticut/new-haven">tutor. While at Albertus, I also had the opportunity to work in schools in the Hamden community. I helped students with reading, writing, and other classroom tasks.
As a graduate student, I interned in a elementary school where I had many responsibilities.
English Tutoring
I have a Bachelor's Degree in English from Albertus Magnus College in New Haven. I am also applying for a teaching certification in Secondary English.
Writing Tutoring

Math Tutoring
I have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of New Haven. I interned at an elementary school in Norwich, Connecticut where I worked as a substitute, reading interventionist, and assisted with ELL students.
While student teaching in the Fall of 2014, I instructed students using the math model, Math In Focus which is based on Singapore Math.
Reading Comprehension Tutoring
I am currently a reading interventionist. On a daily basis I assess students a determine the needs for one on one lessons.
