I am originally from Trinidad and Tobago, but I moved here to attend college. I am the only male out of my parents four children. I am Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. I am serious soccer fanatic although I enjoy reading, poetry and the occasional video game.

About Me

I am currently a Senior attending Barry University where I am pursuing a degree in Pre-Professional Biology. When I graduate I hope to attend maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">columbia-university">maryland/columbia">columbia">maryland/columbia">Columbia University. My ultimate goal is to become an Anesthesiologist.

Experience

I have been miami">tutoring for approximately 6 years, some here in the United States, and some in Trinidad where I was born. My first encounter with miami">tutoring occured when my parents found me helping my older sister with her math homework. After realizing I enjoyed helping other I began miami">tutoring in my high school's after school program where I tutored both my peers as well as less fortunate students in the surrounding area.

Approach

Growing up I was easily distracted, and was unable to stay focused in class. My father sat me down and explained to me that if I wanted to be succesful I needed to pay attention so that I would learn more. Many of my teachers were very patient when teaching me so therefore I developed a great degree of patients when I miami">tutor students. My dad always said, "Give a man fish he'll eat for a day; teach a man how to fish and he'll eat forever." This quote in mind, I do not simply tell students the ans
