English Tutoring

As an English major, I took many upper level English classes. English Comp I/II and Rhetoric in particular, aided my learning. I made A's in these courses.

Literature Tutoring

I have taken many literature classes. Starting with American and British lit, both pre-1860's and present. I have taken women's lit and world lit. I took mythology and Shakespeare. I took 18th century Romantic poetry, I made A's in these courses.

Spanish I Tutoring

Spanish was my minor at TWU. I took 18 hours of Spanish and feel very comfortable teaching the basic vocabulary, verb tenses and structure in Spanish 1.

Writing Tutoring

I took several writing courses at TWU, however writing is an essential part of every English course I took at TWU. Specifically, I took a rhetoric course where we analyzed historical speeches. I also took Comp II, which focuses on writing different types of essays. I made A's in these courses.

AP English Tutoring

I made a 4 on the AP English Language exam. I have tutored high school students in AP Language and literature for 7 years through FWISD.

AP History Tutoring

I took AP U.S. history, I did not take the AP test however I made an A in the course and I am very familiar with DBQ's and how to answer them.

Arts Tutoring
