Fun Facts

As soon as people meet me, they learn that I love to chat with people and help others. I can have conversations with perfect strangers about anything. Total strangers who have sat next to me on trains have ended up emailing me helpful links for professional development. I have given a lot of my time to help others as well. I believe that we all want the same things in life: acceptance, openness, opportunities to grow, and ways to help others.

About Me

I have never been in a non-academic environment because I have been in school, either learning or teaching, all my life. I started dallas">tutoring my classmates and friends in grade school. I taught graduate and undergraduate students as a business dallas">tutor throughout my MBA, MSA, and CPA journey. Upon the completion of my academic programs, I continued dallas">tutoring professionally. I passed my CPA exams in 2015 (passed all 4 sections the 1st time). I have been preparing CPA candidates for the CPA exams.

Experience

While at university, I was awarded the Student Achievement Award for my excellence in academics and my contribution to the education of other students through my dallas">tutoring endeavors. Accounting, finance, statistics, English essay writing, GMAT, and TOEFL have been my area of expertise in teaching and dallas">tutoring. My classroom teaching experience include teaching accounting and other business courses at a college.

Approach

Teaching effectively is a continuous learning journey. Every student is unique and with great potential. As an instructor/dallas">tutor, I develop lesson plans that are suitable for each student's learning style. Some of my students are visual learners, so I draw flowcharts to explain processes and concepts. For the auditory learners, I share real-life stories and create analogies to make concepts clear. My methods have been highly effective and beneficial to my students' education.
