Fun Facts

My expertise in literature is in British literature from medieval to Victorian. Byron is my favorite author. As a poet, I can be of special help to those analyzing poetry!

About Me

I am a PhD candidate in English Literature at The University of Arizona. I will go on the job market as a professor within the next year.

Experience

My prior experience as an instructor at the U of A of ENGL 101/102/109 should make me an exceptional candidate for tucson">tutoring college or high school students through any assignment that involves essay writing, reading-comprehension/arizona/tucson">reading comprehension, or literature canon.

Approach

I have been committed to communicating with as many of my students from my classes on an individual basis as possible. Even when I have not been teaching, I have been contacted by past students asking for additional tucson">tutoring assistance, which made me consider becoming a professional tucson">tutor. I am extremely disciplined, which is demonstrated through my clerical work as an administrative assistant. In these positions, I was often the coordinator for the schedules of others in addition to my own.
