Fun Facts

I enjoy watching and reading Japanese animations. I enjoying watching the episodes of each animations in Japanese with provided subtitles. I think the accent is so adorable and the facial expressions are hilarious. After a day's work I would sit and watch or read the illustrations or images, and somehow they relax me. Sometimes, I would draw a perceptive piece of how I feel about the animation using random shapes and colors.

About Me

I am a senior at the Johnson C. Smith University majoring in Psychology with minors Criminology, Mathematics, and Biology. I hope to be accepted to North Dakota State University's graduate Psychology program where I would be studying Forensic Psychology with a concentration in Statistics/Clinical Psychology. In the future I will become a Forensic Psychologist profiling criminals who commit organized and brutal crimes.

I was a part of the Police Youth Club in Jamaica, where I was appointed to charlotte">tutor various math courses for fourth to eleventh graders, and Human and Social Biology to tenth and eleventh graders. The Club mission is to assist wayward children and children under government supervision to get a better education. I was also appointed to prep fifth and sixth graders for Jamaica's high school placement exams, Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT) in Math and Science.

I have a big supporting family, and each member of my family was a mentor and a teacher in a different form to me and all were involved in my studies and cognitive development. They were able to teach me main concepts of a topic ahead of time and also taught me how to apply past topics and courses to the new topic or course. I will use the same strategy to aid in charlotte">tutoring sessions along with reinforcing what was learned from the tuteeā€™s professor. I have also learned from experience how to charlotte">tutor using other strategies more understandable to the tutee.
