Fun Facts
I am very outdoors inclined. I'm a huge fan of camping, hiking, and rock-climbing. I really like to take friends up to Austin so I can teach them how to climb too. I get more climbing partners that way!
About Me
I am currently a student at Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. I'm studying Clinical Lab Science so I can work in a hospital laboratory, performing tests on patients samples. I'd eventually like to become a supervisor for a lab.
Experience
I have done general tutoring for high school students in the past while going to school for my bachelor's and am currently working as a tutor at the university. I work for TRIO which specializes in assisting low-income, first generation, and high risk students. Our aim is to assist them in their pursuit of higher education. I typically focus more on tutoring chemistry and biology related classes.
Approach
I like to encourage a student to develop themselves. I try not to give answers away and instead aim to ask questions that will lead a student to a better understanding of the material.
