Fun Facts

I have a passion for cooking different cuisines. In between classes and on the weekends I search the internet for new recipes. My recent discovery was organic oatmeal pancakes with a blue berry and strawberry syrup. Very tasty! After undergraduate, I would love to attend culinary arts school and become a traveling chef. I love cooking healthy foods that heals the body naturally. I learned how to make alfredo sauce out of cauliflower and greek yogurt (delicious and nutritious). :)

Experience

My younger brother was my first tutee; he was having some difficulties in math so my mom asked me to charlotte">tutor him. Hearing you can do it, an explanation of Math along with steps, and how you can benefit from Math from a peer; his grades began to escalate as well as his confidence. Currently I am a charlotte">tutor mentor for collegiate students at Johnson C. Smith University, in Math, Science, English and Spanish. I find great delight in empowering the lives of students that need help.

The same way my new mother explained change and trying new things is the same approach that I take with my tutees. Empowering youth to reach their full potential with
