Fun Facts
One of my greatest passions would be martial arts. I have trained in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Wrestling, and Judo. If I ever get the chance I would love to be able to travel the world, training in many different martial arts in there country of origin.
About Me
I am a junior at gwinnett-college">Georgia Gwinnett College pursuing a duel major in Applied Mathematics and Chemistry. I am also a member of the math honers society at my school and maintain a 3.8 GPA. I am planing on transferring to Georgia Tech next semester to major in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Physics. Once I graduate, I hope to attend Georgia Tech to earn my Phd in either Chemical Engineering or Theoretical Physics.
Experience
Entering college I found that the best way for me to learn a subject was to teach it to someone else. So I have started study groups and atlanta">tutoring sessions in every class that I have taken. This has let me work with many different people all with different learning styles to find the best way to help each of them understand the topic that we were working on.
Approach
As a child I struggled with ADD. This made learning very difficult for me because I was unable to concentrate on the task at hand. I was very lucky to have a mother that was a teacher. Because of her education she was able to work with me and find the most effective way that I learn and taught me how to implement them in my school work. I approach every new student this same way. By finding the students learning style and finding what motivates them I can the most effective way to help them.
