Fun Facts

A fun fact about me is that I exercise daily and love to keep healthy. I enjoy being involved in sports, especially track. I am the oldest of two, and I have never been out of the U.S. I also love the summer and going to the beach with friends. Someday soon, I would love to travel around Europe.

About Me

I am a Molloy College graduate and majored in elementary and education/new-york/long-island">special education with a focus in history. I was on the Dean's list 2 years in a row and am a part of the history honor society. I hope to attend Molloy College to receive my Master's within TESOL or technology.

Experience

For about 5 years I have worked closely with a student from ages 8-13 tutoring her within all subjects. I tutored grades 2-6 and have worked as a student teacher within 1st grade as well. I have worked with kindergarten students within all subjects as well. My time devoted to teaching students during my high school and college career has enriched my knowledge.

Approach

As a child, I did enjoy going to school and learning all subjects. My passion to become a teacher started early in my life. A lot of my teachers throughout my educational career made an extremely positive impact on me. I love learning and as a future teacher I know I will be learning something new every single day. I was also tutored within math in middle and high school. As a tutor, I bring positivity to students and lead them to realize their potential.
