Fun Facts
A fun fact about me is that I have lived in six different states. Growing up my parents were both in the military and we moved every few years. Due to that, I love to travel and move around.
About Me
I am a senior Criminology major at the miami">University of Miami. When I graduate, I hope to attend graduate school and eventually earn a PhD in Criminology and become a college professor.
Experience
In high school, I volunteered at a transitional housing facility and tutored children in elementary school. In National Honor Society I tutored some of my peers mostly in English. I also volunteered in a second grade class helping out with whatever the teacher needed. Lastly, I have privately tutored for families on and off over the past 2 years.
Approach
As a miami">tutor, I attempt to have a really positive attitude. I believe in the power of positive feedback and encouragement. I think children do better and work harder when they feel someone believes in them.

Criminology
Algebra Tutoring
I have taken both high school and college algebra classes and received A's in all classes.

I took two years of AP English and am currently minoring in English.

I have previously worked as a homework coach. I am also minoring in education so I have learned teaching techniques.

I am currently minoring in English which has allowed me to improve on this subject area. I also received a 32/37 on the English portion of my ACT.

I took two years of AP English and am currently minoring in English therefore my writing has only continued to improve throughout college.

I have taken eight years of French classes.
