Fun Facts

One fun fact about myself is that I love to knit. I make awesome scarves!! I also love to read. I love all different kinds of books, so my bookshelf contains everything from mysteries to biographies. Also, my favorite sports to watch are volleyball, both indoor and beach, and football.

About Me

I just graduated this past spring earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from fresno">California State University Fresno. I graduated with honors and I was also a candidate for the Dean’s Medal within the Kremen School of Education at fresno">California State University Fresno. In the fall I plan to start the Credential Program at fresno">California State University Fresno.

I started fresno">tutoring my senior year of high school. I worked with them in all areas of their course work. I continued this fresno">tutoring when I started college, until this past year when I transitioned to being an after-school fresno">tutor at a local elementary school. I am excited to continue to change the lives of many more students.

As a fresno">tutor and mentor, I am a very patient, caring, yet fun fresno">tutor/mentor. I want children to feel confident in their school work and actually enjoy it. School should not be a place that they dread going. I want children to get excited about learning and excited about school.
