Fun Facts
I am a HUGE sports fan, especially basketball and football. The Bulls and Bears have held onto my heart for years! I'm the President of a South Asian A cappella team on campus at my university. I've never owned but always wanted a Husky puppy to take care of for myself.
About Me
I am a senior Biology and Psychology major at chicago">Loyola University Chicago. Currently I have a 3.72 cumulative GPA. After graduating my dream is to earn a Masters in Biology and eventually attend medical school to become a physician.
Experience
Very recently I have also obtained a job as a chicago">tutor at my university. I will be chicago">tutoring subjects such as Biology, Psychology, Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics to fellow university students. I have also had experience working with young children as I worked as a chicago">tutor for the Kumon Learning Corporation. The opportunity to work with these children and chicago">tutor them in Mathematics and Reading has allowed me to hone the fundamental skills and abilities needed to be a chicago">tutor.
Approach
Throughout middle school and early high school, I had no passion for my schoolwork. I had failed Geometry and was forced to retake it my freshman year of high school and had a sub-par GPA prior to my junior year of high school. Were it not for my parents, I would have continued to make the wrong decisions and gone down a path I would have later regretted. Their passion and determination to ensure that I gain a complete education has been instilled in me, and I hope to instill this in others.
