Fun Facts
I am a kid at heart. I enjoy learning various things from science, math and space.
I enjoy comics and fictions novels, I am also learning history and languages. I likes to learn about etymology.
I am also plant based, no animals for 5 years now.
About Me
While teaching I plan to work on my Masters in either Math or Education and hope to become a professor at a college or university
I do my best and understand what is needed to teach to and learn from various types of learners as individuals.
I like to use math because of the structure and reasoning behind it. I find ways to connect what is know to what we see.
Experience
I am a Math Educator I graduated from the New York City College of Technology. I have taken various math courses and education courses and have a 3.2 GPA. I was a middle grade math teacher. I also assisted in high school math classroom.
I was a mentor at Tomorrow Leaders New York City. Tutored in middle school and high school sciences, reading and literature.
Approach
Growing up I found math to be an easy concept to grasp. I have learned however that math takes various approaches and understandings to find the correct answer. I realize that I have learn how to answer many math problems rather than understanding the concept of it. Through math ed, tutoring and teaching I am eagerly learning about the various ways a student can understand and learn a concept.

College Algebra Tutoring
I have taken Modern Algebra and received a B and took Number theory and received an A and recently took Differential Equation and received a B.
Math Tutoring
I have gotten an A- in Linear Algebra, an A in intro to Proofs & Logic, B+ in Geometry I, A in Geometry II. Math Educational student. I have done student teaching for middle school and high school.
Pre Calculus Tutoring
I received an A- in MAT 1375 Pre-Calculus
Trigonometry Tutoring
MAT 1275 Intro to Math Analysis I received an A. I also taught a summer workshop Geometry and Trigonometry to High School Students for RFCUNY at the Bridging the Gap Program
Algebra Tutoring
Math was my favorite Subject in High School. I've listed my grades in my College qualification content. I have taken Modern Algebra and intro to Math Analysis. I have also tutored Algebra to 9th and 10th graders. In High School I have also tutored friends, family and peers from my Algebra class. And received credit for tutoring from my teacher.
Calculus Tutoring
I have taken Calculus !, Calculus II and Intro to Real Analysis.

I have observed a 7th-8th grade Math Middle school classroom, worked with them in group work and tutored them also.

No experiences with Tutoring Math Elementary yet but I believe I have the knowledge and skills to do so.
