I am a Mechanical Engineering Major with 2 years tutoring experience. I am a 21 year old Seniors at SF State, and enjoy surfing, golfing, jogging and riding motorcycles. I love to help people and I am fully committed to you understanding and having the tools you need to succeed.

About Me

I am a hard-working, confident and sincere young man. People generally describe me as a person with a big personality; it's true. I am always either finding something to laugh about, walking too fast or just being a goof because it seems to me that people have become too serious these days. When I am not a brother to my younger brother, or a son to my parents, I am a full-time student at SF state and a math tutor.

I enjoy my job as a math tutor because as a mechanical engineering major, I am always surrounded by math and I have found by helping others it helps me grasp my own engineering topics more firmly. For the past two years I have gained lots of experience as a G.e.a.r.u.p Tutor at Balboa High School by being in many classrooms and every type of math class in high school. I enjoy helping others because everyone can understand math it just takes patience and a little creativity.

As a math tutor I like to use different styles, depending on what works for that individual, but I have always found that patience and practice has been the best tool. Nobody can throw a touchdown pass or make a free throw without a little practice; the same goes for math! Even I have benefited from a tutor and I am happy to pay it forward to anyone who needs help.
