Fun Facts
I have traveled to 17 countries in my life. I was a foreign exchange student in Spain for a year, a cross cultural exchange student in Japan for a semester, a volunteer in Nicaragua for one summer, and I have back packed throughout 10 countries in Europe. I love meeting new people and learning about new cultures! I have a two year old daughter who I get to watch learn and grow everyday! I enjoy almost every sport out there, seeing a great new movie in theaters, and reading great books.
About Me
I am a college student at the University of Utah. After receiving my Bachelors I will be going onto law school or getting my PH. D. and becoming a professor. Traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new worlds is one of my favorite things to do.
I believe that the more that you can grow as a person the more fulfilling life you will have. The better you do in school and the more you choose to learn, the more opportunities will present themselves to enable you to have incredible life experiences. Hard work and dedication pays off! I also love children. I have a two year old daughter and she is the light of my life. I just completed an internship at The Children's Center in Salt Lake City where I assisted in the development of traumatized children. Working with these children was one of the most inspiring things I have ever had the opportunity to do in my life.
I want to make everyone that comes to me for help as comfortable as possible and let them know that I am a very patient and understanding person. I have friends from all over the world so I have grown to truly enjoy those with unique cultures and backgrounds. Educating oneself is not always easy and I understand the struggles and obstacles that students must face at times in their lives. I want to show these students that establishing a good education is a path that leads to absolute success in almost every way. Each class WILL end eventually and we will smoothly and efficiently get through it together. Each class is a stepping stone to a better future!
