I ran Cross Country and Track for Adelphi for three years. I am a Physical Education Major. I will be graduating in the spring.

About Me

I am a student at Adelphi University. I am studying to become a physical education teacher. When I graduate, my goal is to find a job teaching physical education, and eventually get my masters degree in health.
I have tutored two family friends in math. Both clients have recommended I apply to work at a credited tutoring service.
I believe that repetition is key. I also believe in staying ahead. And finally, communication with teachers is essential.

I have tutored two family friends, and noticed sizable improvements in their math performance.

Approach

I struggled with math in middle school, but through working with a great teacher in high school, I picked up my skills to the point where I feel confident in my ability to tutor. I feel that practice makes perfect. I also believe in working on concepts in a tutoring setting before they are touched upon in the classroom.
