My philadelphia">tutor experience begin in an Undergraduate at Penn State University where my job was a learning teacher's aide particularly Middle School students. My responsibility was to assists students in homework, helped them out with any difficulties if existed and motivate students to a higher learning approach. From there on, my career went from being an aide to a philadelphia">tutor where my responsibility was similar to what being an aide was like with an addition of helping students prepare for the state standardized exam. I enjoy teaching and mentoring students because it allows me to help others and enable them to open their road for a higher learning.
My approach in philadelphia">tutoring is simple, basically ask the student where the difficulty lies and work on the problem to come to a resolution by teaching with providing examples and homework assignments since it is important to realize that a practice makes perfect. At the same time, make the environment of learning less strenuous at it is in a classroom setting, therefore, making it more eventful with an idea of focusing in a school work. I believe work + less stress equals productivity for any individual including for students.
