About Me
I'm a graduate student at George Mason University pursuing my M.S in Civil and Infrastructure Engineering. I graduated from the same university early 2012 and got accepted to the Accelerated Program and continued my education. I passed my Fundamental Engineering exam on my first time taking it, and is now a certified engineer state of Virginia. My future goal is to finish my education, apply for a federal job, and acquire a Professional Engineering license.
I had 3 years of washington-dc">tutoring experience. I worked as a math washington-dc">tutor at my university math learning center. I had to quit the job to focus on my Accelerated Master Program. Now, it is my second semester into the program, I will have more free time. I'm eager to go back and work with students again, as FrogTutoring is a great opportunity for me to do so.
My cutest experience was washington-dc">tutoring a 79 year-old lady about multiplication and division in my university. She did not have any foundation in math, or she has forgotten them all, so I had to guide and explain everything to her all over again. As a washington-dc">tutor, I feel obligated to help my students learn and understand the lesson, and I believe patience is the key to success.
