Fun Facts

I grew up in Northern Virginia near Washington, DC. I have since lived in Cinncinati, OH and The Woodlands, TX. I am a junior at UT doubling majoring in Marketing and Spanish. I am in a sorority, Delta Gamma, very involved in the business school.

About Me

I love to travel, and this summer I studied abroad in Santander, Spain for six weeks. In high school I was very involved in ballet and went to lessons almost everyday after school. In college I enjoy running and spending time with my friends. I like to stay busy and make new friends by getting involved on campus.

I have a twin, two younger brothers and two younger sisters. Three of my siblings were adopted from Ukraine when they were 9, 8, and 6 respectively. I was ten years old when we adopted them and as a result I am very expereinced in working with many different learning levels. I also tutored for Simply austin">Tutoring in The Woodlands when I was in high school. While with Simply austin">Tutoring, I worked with students ages 6-16 in various subjects, so I developed a wide variety of experience.

I am very enthusiatic and energetic, and I really enjoy building relationships with my students. I am very organized and believe stong writing and reading skills are key to success in school. I like to keep my students organized so they can complete their work, and demonstate the importance of consistently completeing their homework. I monitor my student's grades so that I can show them the positive correlation between their efforts and their good grades.
