Fun Facts

I love spending time outdoors particularly if I am rock climbing or mountain biking. I have lived in the desert nearly all my life and really love the scenery. If I am not outside or studying for class I am probably enjoying one of Tucson's many taco shops.

About Me

I am a Junior and am majoring in Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law at the University of Arizona. I plan on pursuing my doctorate in Philosophy and teaching at the University level. Though I am now in the liberal arts I flourished in High School math and science.

I spent two years on the rugby team at the University where I frequently helped my teammates with their essay writing. They often mentioned how I was able to put difficult concepts in terms they could understand. Individuals in all sorts of different classes found the tips I gave valuable.

When I tucson">tutor I prefer to let the student being tutored find the answers themselves with prompting, rather than have me tell them the answer. I find that the process of discovering an answer is required for a student to feel like they truly understand a topic. However, if a student is truly stuck, I am more than happy to give them a stronger nudge in the right direction.
