Fun Facts

I cultivated a love of learning from a very young age; I remember my parents' constant teasing because I would not take lunch after school as a little girl until I have finished all my homework. I guess this behavior evolved into my insatiable drive for success and excellence in all my classes. In addition to my love for books, I also love to travel. I enjoy overcoming the challenges that come with learning and adapting to different cultures in different parts of the world.

About Me

I am an MBA student at Morgan State University, maryland/baltimore">Baltimore Maryland with a GPA of 4.0. I hope to be a Business Analyst after school. I am motivated by success and that's always my driving force. I love working with people and I value challenges as I see them as an avenue to succeed or learn something new. I take the success of my students very seriously, ensuring that their success and goals are always top priority because I see them as an extension of my success.

Experience

Throughout high school I voluntarily tutored schoolmates form different class ranges in Maths and other calculation related subjects. In undergrad and even presently in grad school, I maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutor my friend and class mates in courses like Operations Management, Project Management, Statistics and Mathematics. The students I worked with were both local and exchange students from various cultures, with differing levels of skill in the English language.

Approach

I take a personal approach to maryland/maryland/baltimore">baltimore">tutoring and strive to tailor each session to the need of the individual students being taught. I try to make the subject understandable and interesting not just trying to force the books in. I believe everyone will be interested in learning if they see it as beneficial and interesting and not just what they are forced to do.
