I eat an apple every day not because of “an apple a day keeps the doctor away”, but because apple is my favorite fruit. I enjoy singing even though my audiences laugh at my horrible singing every time. People around me described me as a simple minded girl but I believe I can use the simple mindedness to solve complicated problems.

About Me

I graduated from Temple University with Magna Cum Laude and distinction in Math in December of 2011. I have been on the Dean’s List every year. Nowadays, I am pursuing my masters degree in education at Temple University.

I always enjoy teaching and explaining math problems to others. Since I graduated from high school I have worked as a math philadelphia">tutor. Through my previous teaching experiences as an ESOL philadelphia">tutor at South Philadelphia High School and a math philadelphia">tutor at Math and Science Resource Center at Temple University, I gained valuable philadelphia">tutoring experience. While working at SPHS I primarily tutored all levels of math courses up to Advanced Placement Calculus. While working at MSCR at Temple University, I tutored all levels of math courses up to Calculus III.

Through my philadelphia">tutoring experiences, I not only gained the mastery of mathematics contents, but also learned how to breakdown the complex problem into simple parts to make it easier for students to understand. In addition, I have learned how to teach students according to their levels of understanding. As the philadelphia">tutoring section goes on, I will make sure students are not just waiting for the solutions but the method.
