I love traveling and discovering fresh stuff. I have been to Asia, Europe and America. Any time I have a chance and source of finance, I travel and explore the world. Although I am not really good at them, I enjoy playing basketball and swimming. Besides, you will find me a movie fan. I would really like to talk a topic related to a movie which I am interested.

About Me

I am currently a Master student of Statistics at washington-university">George washington-university">Washington University. Originally from China, I grew up in Shenzhen which located in Southern China. When I graduate, I hope to become a statistician in a particular firm related to healthcare or finance. My ultimate goal is to become a financial statistician of a financial institute in my hometown.
As a undergraduate student of Central China Normal University, I had many friends majored in education. So I had the opportunity to access washington-dc">tutoring work. I used to washington-dc">tutor a middle school girl in Math for two semester during my junior year. I helped her learn the way to solve Math problems and usually assigned her homework or gave her quiz about what I taught her in one lesson. Her grade went up after one semester tutored.
I was always told that a good teacher should be patient and productive to student. That means a good teacher takes the responsibility to guide student with their positive attitude and great patience. What's more, a good teacher not only solve and answer students' question, but he or she need to teach students a systematic solution and study method which will inspire them in their future life. I will try to bring those qualities into my washington-dc">tutor work and hope it is helpful for my students.
