Fun Facts

In my free time I enjoy working out, playing sports, watching movies, reading, and playing wii! I also love volunteering at Austin Pets Alive; the work they do to help save the animals in Austin is truly amazing. I have two adorable cats named Nena and Fiji who love to play and look out the window. Traveling is one of my passions and I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to backpack in Japan for two weeks and study abroad in Hong Kong, China for five weeks this past summer.

About Me

I am originally from Bogota, Colombia. My father got transferred to Houston and later to Venezuela through his job which allowed me to have enriching cultural experiences at a young age. I am currently in the Masters of Professional Accounting program at the University of Texas at Austin. I completed my undergrad in Business Administrations with a focus in Accounting this past summer.

In High School I worked at a local austin">tutoring company in my hometown austin">tutoring elementary to high school students in Math, Science and Spanish. This experience helped me develop a austin">tutoring approach which I then used when working at Kumon Learning Center in Austin and while helping classmates tackle difficult accounting concepts.

I believe that each individual has their own learning style and therefore a good austin">tutor is flexible and will cater to each specific student.
