I am a hobbyist. I compete in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I have a pilot's license, I love fitness, I enjoy acting, and playing music.

About Me

I am a working structural engineer living in Austin, TX. I was born in Houston, and spent my summers growing up in South America. I love people, and I find the act of teaching to be extremely rewarding.

Experience

I made money during college tutoring high school math, as well as working as a personal trainer and nutrition coach.

Approach

I believe in a tailored approach to teaching. My goal is to not only help students understand material, but to also demonstrate its applicability within the domain of the students passions and interests. This creates a stronger drive to understand concepts at a much deeper level, which improves overall focus and motivation in the classroom.
