Fun Facts

I love to sing! I enjoy singing many genres- pop, musical theater, pop, jazz, and classics. Also, I have been skydiving before! It was an incredible experience. I definitely plan on going again. I have two cats- Mowgli and Scout. They are super affectionate and cute. They are so fun to have around.

About Me

I am a recent graduate from Texas Christian University with a degree in Communication Studies. I graduated with a 3.8 GPA. I plan on going to graduate school to study Communication Studies or Women's Studies.

I tutored both while I was in high school and college. In high school I was a PAL for a kindergarten and fifth grade class. In college I tutored high school students at the Y-CAP's after school program. I found both tutoring experiences really rewarding. I enjoyed seeing the students grasp the material better and make higher grades.

As a tutor I always try to get the student engaged and excited about the material. I also make sure that I teach them helpful study tips. I teach them skills that personally helped me be a successful student. I always make sure the tutoring environment is warm, safe, and worthwhile.
