Fun Facts

I am good at basketball, swimming, riding a horse, fishing, climbing a mountain, hiking, badminton... nearly all kinds of sports you can image. I go to gym everyday and I will tell you the secret if you want build a strong muscle or a slim body. I learnt traditional Chinese Painting and Calligraphy for 6 years and taught many kids how to paint well. I have many friends from different countries with different culture and I always willing to share. I like smile as smile always bring me good luck.

About Me

Now, I am a master student of George Washington University in Computer Science (CS) GPA is 3.9 and I also learnt CS in my bachelor degree in Shanghai University of Electric Power, GPA is 3.2. During my 5 years study of CS, I equipped myself with strong knowledge of Math, programming, logical thinking and problem solving skills. I won First Prize Scholarship two times. My future career is getting a job in Google or reach my phd degree to be a professor in University.

Experience

I worked as a volunteer teacher of Math in middle and I also taught kids painting. Drawing broaden children' imagination and Math build their logical thinking. As an intern of IBM and The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC), I'd like to share both of my rich course knowledge and working experience with my students because curiosity is always the best teacher. So, let student know what they lack and what they want is my teaching goal.

Approach

Being a student for 20 years, I meeting with different teachers everyday. Some professors have rich experience and knowledge, however, their teaching result may be not satisfying. While some younger teachers can raise more interest of students. I think teaching style is very important and teaching must come from students' aspect. Let students know what they are learning and why they need to learn is the first and most important step in my teaching module.
