Fun Facts
Outside of the classroom, I love playing squash and tennis. I also spend a lot of my time reading and keeping up with my favorite television shows. I have a younger sister, and I love taking her around to explore our hometown, St. Louis, Missouri.
About Me
I am a junior at University of Missouri-Kansas City. I am working on getting my Bachelor of Science in Biology. When I graduate, I hope to attend medical school. My ultimate goal is to practice as a child neurologist.
Experience
In high school, I spent a lot of time working with elementary students. Once a month, I went down to our school's elementary school and worked with students on qualities such as taking initiative and responsibility at home and in school. Additionally, I went down once a week and tutored elementary students in Spanish. While at UMKC, I go down to West Middle School once a week to tutor students in Anatomy.
Approach
Growing up, I was a very shy student. I had know idea what I wanted to do and never took any challenge or risk. This all changed when I met my mentor during my freshman year of high school. Not only do I want to help these students with their subject material through Frog Tutoring, but I want to also help them find their true potentials so they can build their own successful futures.
