Whenever I work with a student, I like to make the session an enjoyable, and hopefully fun, experience for both of us. I think this is very important to developing an effective relationship with students; I will know how to teach them most efficiently, and they will feel comfortable looking to me as a mentor and will learn more from the sessions. I believe that it is important not to simply give students the right answers, but to help students reach the answer by asking questions that direct them to find the correct answer themselves. This aids in their understanding while giving them a great confidence boost!
