I am a very active individual. Whether it's running or biking, I enjoy a good workout. One of my favorite activities in the summer is hiking new trails and taking photographs.

About Me

I am studying Biology at the University of Colorado Denver. I am a member and the VP of community service for the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. I will be attending nursing school after I have completed all the required courses. I hope to become a nurse anesthetist.

I began denver">tutoring at the Bridge Project my second semester of college. I volunteered an hour a week to denver">tutor two middle school students. It was a very positive experience and as a result I sought employment at FrogTutoring to continue to provide help to students.

In my opinion, denver">tutoring is most effective when independent thought is encouraged. As a denver">tutor I identify the learning method that benefits the student the most and utilize it. In this way, the student develops the critical thinking skills necessary to succeed.
