I love playing and watching sports with my friends. I compete in power-lifting competitions. I enjoy reading and listening to NPR in my spare time.

About Me

I have lived in North Carolina all my life. I am currently a junior at North Carolina State University where I major in Polymer and Color Chemistry and minor in Biology. I hope to go to medical school after I graduate in 2014.

I have extensive experience in raleigh">tutoring students with different learning styles. I began raleigh">tutoring in high school and have continued raleigh">tutoring off an on throughout my college career. I have tutored students in chemistry, calculus, algebra, biology, SAT prep, TEAS prep, verbal reasoning, history, government, and many other areas. I am comfortable raleigh">tutoring students of all ages and learning styles.

As a raleigh">tutor, I understand that each student is an individual with individual challenges, goals, and needs. I strive to develop creative ways to ensure students are not only learning the material but are also retaining it. I promise to do my best to give students the skills, information, and confidence in the material necessary to succeed.
