I love to experience new things and learn. This summer I traveled to the Solomon Islands and Australia to learn about health and medicine. I also traveled to the Dominican Republic twice before to teach public health to children!
About Me
I am currently a senior at providence-college">Providence College. I am majoring in Psychology with a minor in Pre-health Studies with a strong background in math. I also currently work at a nearby hospital as a research assistant. Next year I am attending Physician Assistant School and looking forward to becoming a practicing medical professional.
When I was in high school, I tutored students in various mathematics courses such as geometry and algebra. My experience and knowledge as a providence">tutor grew when I traveled internationally to continue teaching children. Frog providence">Tutoring allows me to continue my love for providence">tutoring!
My approach to providence">tutoring is to first and foremost create an organized lesson plan and schedule not only for the session, but for the progress of the client in the future. By sticking to the schedule and listening to the student's needs and questions, I can then clearly focus in on problem areas and provide clarity. By working together to achieve solutions, I then test students to see if they can arrive at the same solution themselves. Organization, teaching, and practice have brought success to my previous clients.
