Fun Facts

I love any and all sports! I played soccer in college and I played basketball and lacrosse in high school as well! I also love to cook, bake and snowboard! I spent the past three months in Aspen, Colorado snowboarding almost everyday!

About Me

I graduated a semester early from Johns Hopkins University in December. I've been on Dean's List since my sophomore year and I graduated with honors. I am going to spend the summer in Aspen, Colorado working and in September I will return to the east coast to start working at Bloomberg L.P. in Princeton, NJ.

Experience

I have tutored freshmen lacrosse players in Calculus this past fall. I have also been a part of a program called AND1 tutoring, which helps students of the Digital Harbor High School in Baltimore with after school homework help. I also have been apart of Food as Medicine, which taught elementary and middle school students about nutrition and exercise.

Approach

I think my approach is surrounded by connections. If there is something that a student is interested in or passionate about, they are more likely to try harder and want to be more invested in learning it. With my approach to tutoring I try to find that something that will connect them to the material and it makes it easier for them as well as myself to work through the assignments or study in a way that they can remember.
