I love baking! It calms me and satisfies my sweet tooth as well as others'. When I'm not baking, I'm relaxing to music and dancing-when no one's watching. I also love online shopping; after all, what girl doesn't?

About Me

I am currently a sophomore at Hunter College. Interested in the sciences, I am majoring in Bio-Chemistry. I aspire to have a career in the medical field as a pediatrician.

I have volunteered and worked at the "College for Kids" program at CUNY Hostos Community College. There, I was initially volunteering to help teachers, but eventually began providing one-on-one care to children who had fallen behind. I was later hired for as a counselor for the summer program, academically queens">tutoring and preparing the students for the up-coming school year as well as chaperoning their recreational activities.

I am a visual learner myself so I tend to draw representations of concepts or create scenarios that demonstrate the idea. I know many helpful websites and videos that make understanding easier and fun. I can also explain an idea in multiple ways so that the student can get a different perspective and I can identify the approach that is best for them.
