About Me

I am a 8th year Elementary Teacher. I was born and raised in Miami, FL. I graduated from Florida International University(FIU) with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education (Pk-5). I then moved to Atlanta, Ga where I started my career as a Teacher. I am now finishing up on my Master of Science in Curriculum and Instructional Technology. In the future I would like to start my own school.

Experience

I'm currently an elementary teacher. I'm certified in Elementary Education. I'm also certified in English as a Second Language(ESOL). I've been teaching and atlanta">tutoring for 8 years now. I've taught pre-K, 1st and 4th, 5th grade. I've tutored 1st , 3-6th grade.When I have time I love volunteering. Working for Frog atlanta">Tutoring will give me the opportunity to continue to impact the lives of students that need my help!!!

Approach

As a teacher I understand the importance of teaching to a students learning style. That way the student stays focused and encouraged. As a atlanta">tutor I will create a student who is an independent learner.Using the strategies that he/she are taught to exceed in school.
