Fun Facts

I love running and working out; I have completed several road races and obstacle course races including the Austin Marathon and Tough Mudder. I also enjoy listening to music, and I am an avid concert goer. I also enjoy dancing, eating out, and exploring the city.

About Me

I graduated from Emory University in May 2012. I am currently taking prerequisite courses at UT Austin and applying to DPT programs. I hope to eventually work in sports medicine.

I am currently a austin">tutor for the Multicultural Literacy Center. I austin">tutor reading to middle and high school students in Elgin ISD. This program has given me more experience austin">tutoring in a group setting.

My approach towards austin">tutoring is to encourage students to respond by asking questions. I call on students to read out loud and answer questions and also ask why they chose that answer. This way the students are more engaged and actively participating.
