Fun Facts

I enjoy playing badminton, anything with ice cream in it, and am the proud aunt of two silly children. I am the fourth of eight children(!) and despite some crazy times, I've thoroughly enjoyed growing up with so many siblings. I am a huge Bulls fan and cannot wait for them to bring home a championship!

About Me

I am currently a junior at chicago">Loyola University Chicago. I am a bioinformatics major and intend to pursue a career in the medical field.

I have been chicago">tutoring students from various grades for the past three years. I have tutored children in elementary, middle, and high school in a variety of subjects including math and reading. I truly enjoy chicago">tutoring because I like working with students and helping them reach their goals. It is very rewarding to see a student overcome a difficulty to accomplish their goals.

My chicago">tutoring approach involves first identifying the areas the student is struggling in. The next step would be to review basic concepts pertaining to the area of difficulty. Once the student is familiar with these basic concepts, we begin to tackle more advanced problems. I firmly believe that practice makes perfect. Thus, I usually have the student practice extensively and review what they have learned.
