Fun Facts
I love to travel and explore the world. It's always incredibly fascinating to me to learn about different cultures and how they're similar to mine. I also enjoy wake-boarding, knee-boarding, snowboarding, and a variety of other outdoor activities. In my spare time you can always find me at my family's cabin or out on the lake.
About Me
I am a Sophomore at Bellarmine University majoring in Biology Premed. When I graduate I hope to attend medical school at the University of Kentucky where I will pursue a career in Emergency Medicine. I've always found human anatomy fascinating so I can't wait to begin my career in the medical field.
Experience
I was a member of the Kentucky 4-H State Teen Council for 2 years during high school which gave me a wide variety of experience in public speaking, leadership, and classroom instruction. I've been a member of 4-H since 4th grade and since then I've worked with and taught audiences of all ages. I also worked with students my own age while peer louisville">tutoring in high school. I'm looking forward to working with Frog louisville">Tutoring so that I can contiue to build my leadership skills while helping others succeed
Approach
Growing up participating in various sports, clubs, and adventures allowed me to develop a successful technique of leadership and working with others. I always attempt to reach every student on a personal level so that I can adjust and adhere to their specific situation. It is important to me, not only to teach a subject, but also to help each student expand and improve their own style of learning.

Biology Premed
Anatomy Physiology I Tutoring
Anatomy and Physiology has also been one of my favorite classes since middle school. I'm currently a Pre med major and continuing to learn more and more about this subject. I took this class in high school and passed with an A. I also passed my State Certified Nursing Aid Exam where I not only studied the parts of the human body, but also learned how to care and treat them.
Biology Tutoring
Since this is my college major I would love to help other students expand their knowledge of this subject and hopefully inspire some future Biologists at the same time! My first true biology class was AP Biology in high school and obviously I couldn't get enough of the subject. I passed the AP exam along with recienving an A+ in the class. At the college level I have already taken Biology 130- 140 and loved them.
Geometry Tutoring
Every geometry class I have taken, starting in middle school, I have passed with an A. I have also been helping many of my peers with this subject because it's one of my favorites to teach.
Homework Coach Tutoring
In high school I worked in the library where I peer tutored several of my classmates. I helped with homework and study skills. I have also worked in several classrooms at the high school level where I assisted students with their homework.
Math Tutoring
I love math because it has always been a subject that I excel in. I've been in upper level math course since elementary school. I graduated with all A's in my accelerated and advanced math courses in high school. I also took AP Calculus and AP Statistics. At the college level I received an A in Calculus and an A+ in Statistics.
Statistics Tutoring
I have taken many high level statistics classes in high school and college because it is one of my favorite math course and one that just comes natural to me. I took AP Statistics in high school and received an A in the course along with a passing grade on the AP exam. In my college Statistics course I passed with an A+.
Pre Algebra Tutoring
I have took every accelerated Algebra course my middle and high schools had to offer. I passed all of them with A's. I helped my peers and younger students with this subject all throughout high school.
Science Tutoring
I took every advanced science class that my high school offered and passed them all with A's. Science is a very broad subject with lots of complicated topics, but with the right technique it can be easily understood and enjoyed.
Study Skills Tutoring
I have taken several courses outside of school on how to develop a style of studying that works best for me. And throughout my years of tutoring i have learned how to inspire others to find the most successful study technique for them. Transitioning from high school to college really taught me that organization and planning is the key to successful studying.
Writing Tutoring
My personal experiences during my life while traveling and exploring the world have improved my writing skills throughout my school career. I have always found writing to be enjoyable especially in college. Many students avoid classes that include writing research papers, narratives, or argumentative pieces, but I love the challenge of documenting my knowledge of the world in a creatively crafted paper.
