Fun Facts
A huge passion of mine is coaching and watching baseball. After I graduated high school, I have given out many private lessons and coached a couple of teams. Also, I love to sing and dance, even though I'm terrible at it.
About Me
I am a senior Mathematics and AYA education major at carroll-university">John carroll-university">Carroll University. I've been on the dean's list for 4 out of my 6 semesters thus far! After graduating, I hope to find a teaching and coaching job at a public high school in the Cleveland area.
Experience
I have been a volunteer cleveland">tutor at an organization called Boys Hope Girls Hope for two years now. In addition, I have had a paid internship there the past two summers as a teacher. Great at motivating people as well shown by being selected to be a captain on the John Carroll cross country team this upcoming season.
Approach
As a cleveland">tutor and teacher, I really am driven by passion and a strong connection with my students. I love to get involved in their lives outside of just the schooling, because it helps them feel more comfortable and thus more able to learn from me. I love mathematics as well and know the strong importance of it, which makes me really enjoy helping students understand it.

Studying to teach mathematics at the high school and middle school level. Can break down any math so that any student can learn and enjoy it.

Very good at breaking down any types of math for a student. Love working with kids, and have never had a problem with a student getting frustrated with my teaching or not learning something from me.
ACT Math Tutoring
Got a 33 on math portion of ACT. I know great strategies and can help a student improve their score a lot.
