When I'm not studying for graduate school you can find me at the beach! I love surfing, swimming and enjoying the sun. Growing up in San Diego I was able to spend lots of time doing just that.
About Me
I am a senior Physics major at The University of San Francisco. I am also minoring in Mathematics, Astrophysics, and Engineering. I hope to one day earn my Ph.D and become a professor.
Experience
I have been a TA for the previous 4 semesters for college level physics and astronomy classes. This involved me helping students study for exams as well as helping them with weekly homework assignments. Sometimes I would hold review sessions for upwards of thirty students! Mostly, however, I would work one on one with those who needed help.
Approach
I believe that every student has the skills necessary to succeed and want to help them understand how they learn best. I like to guide students to the right answers using positive encouragement and leading questions.

Astronomy Tutoring
I have been the class tutor for 6 college level astronomy courses. I have also earned a minor in Astrophysics which covers many of the same topics in a much more thorough manner. I received an A in both my astrophysics and general relativity courses.
