English Tutoring

I have taken many English classes in college. I have made A's and B's in this subject. I have many years teaching English to students at the Elementary and middle school levels. I worked at the Shelton School there for 3 years tutoring students in their reading and writing skills.I have also substitute taught at the Elementary level in English for many years in Richardson ISD, Wylie ISD, Mesquite ISD, and Garland ISD.

Homework Coach Tutoring

I have many years experience in teaching as a homework tutor at the Elementary level. I was always helping students in all subjects with their homework. I have tutored students in reading, math, social studies, writing, science and music.

Math Tutoring

I have taken math for Algebra, Geometry, and basic math. I have made A's in all of these subjects. I tutored Elementary math for many years at the Shelton school, when I was a math teacher assistant. I also tutored math at the different districts in Mesquite ISD, Richardson ISD, Wylie ISD, and Garland ISD.

Elementary Math Tutoring

I have many years of teaching experience in teaching Elementary math to students while I was a substitute teacher in Mesquite ISD, Wylie ISD, Garland ISD, and Richardson ISD. I also tutored students in this subject matter one-on-one and in small groups for Kumon Math and Reading Center. I also tutored as well as for the Shelton School as a math teacher assistant in the summer program there. I have made A's in Elementary math in school.

Reading Comprehension Tutoring

I have tutored students in reading comprehension at the Shelton School for 3 years. As well as taught students in reading comprehension at the Elementary level when I was a substitute teacher for Mesquite iSD, Wylie ISD, Richardson ISD, and Garland ISD. I have made A's in this subject matter in college, and in high school.

Religion Tutoring

I have taught Sunday School at the Elementary level for 9 years. I have also taught 2's and 3's, as well as Preschool, and Kindergarten Sunday School. I am very familiar with the curriculum used by our church when putting together the Sunday School lessons.

Science Tutoring

I have made A's and B's in Science. I am very familiar with Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Environmental Science. I have taught Elementary Science In Richardson ISD, Wylie ISD, Mesquite ISD, and Garland ISD.

Social Studies Tutoring

I have made A's in social studies classes in high school, and college. I have taught social studies in Richardson ISD for 3 years. I have also taught in Wylie ISD for 4 years. Then, Garland ISD for 1 year, and Mesquite ISD for 4 years. All of the districts I worked as a substitute teacher at the Elementary level.

Study Skills Tutoring

i took a study skills class in school and made an A in it. I have always tried helping my students understand what are some good ways to study, and we would always practice this.We used the study skills when they would take notes in my class, and when we would use the book as a reference.

Writing Tutoring

When writing for college I would always get A's and B's for my writing. I have tutored students at the Shelton School for 3 years in their writing skills. I also helped students brainstorm ideas, to come up with paragraphs, and outlines, so they would understand the writing process. I also did this while I was substitute teaching in Wylie ISD, Richardson ISD, Garland ISD, and Mesquite ISD.

Voice (Music) Tutoring

I have taken voice lessons over in middle school, and always was singing in church choir in high school, college, and some churches when me and my husband got married. I always have known how to read music since Elementary school, and played the violin, and piano. As well as singing most of my life. I do best by listening to music, and singing by ear. If I hear a song, I can learn the words to that song pretty quick. I have many years of teaching music at the Elementary level in Richardson ISD, Wylie ISD, Mesquite ISD, and Garland ISD.
