Fun Facts

I love being outdoors and being active. I enjoy participating in any type of athletics. I'm a student-athlete at the University of New Mexico. I also enjoy reading and watching movies. My favorite subjects are chemistry and math, so, I'm studying chemical engineering at UNM and, so far, I have enjoyed my studies. I plan to eventually get a PhD. in bio-medical engineering.

About Me

I love math and science, particularly chemistry. I'm passionate about learning and I enjoy albuquerque">tutoring/helping others. I hope to make everyone's albuquerque">tutoring experience as fun and enjoyable as process, but still ensure that the concepts and topics are being understood.


I tutored for a program called Upward Bound. I met with high school kids for a couple hours each week and tutored them in math. I also am a general chemistry lab teaching assistant at the University of New Mexico.

I'm very patient with whoever I am albuquerque">tutoring. I like to go through problems with them until they understand the steps in approaching the problems, then, I let them try it by themselves and we will go from there and either move on to a different topic (if they understood the previous one) or try a different approach. Learning is all about getting the same information from multiple perspectives until you find the perspective that speaks to you the best.
