Fun Facts

I probably have the longest bucket list ever seen! Which includes: being a licensed atorney in all 50 states, getting my pilot's license, and traveling to all of western Europe and Scandinavia. I have 11 aunts and uncles on my mom's side of the family. A funny thing about me is I can clap with one hand!

About Me

I am a junior English for Corporate Communications major with a minor in Spanish at Christian Brothers University, I was valedictorian of my graduating class and have been on Dean's list the past four semesters. I work three jobs while going to school. One day I want to attend law school in either Texas or Tennessee and become either a lawyer in agriculture business or bankruptcy law.

Experience

I have been a private contract tutor since 2012, but had my first tutoring job in 2008. I have tutored in math, English, writing, sciences, and Spanish at all educational levels. I have worked with students as young as second grade up to adult students here at CBU. I have worked with approximately 20 students throughout the years.

Approach

I have always found that I could take a concept and break it down so that it was easier to comprehend. That's how I learn, I break it all down to its simplest ideas. That is the approach I present to my clients. Make it as simple as possible and build on it from there. I also believe in building a professional, yet friendly relationship with my client, their parents, and sometimes teachers to ensure full, open communication for the student to succeed.
