About Me

I hail from Long Island and am just finishing up my senior year at Harvard. I am taking a year off from academia while applying to graduate programs in History.

I have tutored students in one-on-one settings since my senior year of high school. The summer after my freshman year of college, I taught English as a Second Language and SAT classes to fourteen refugee and recent immigrant high school students in Boston.

I really strive to help students achieve a depth of understanding of their subject matter. I present a Socratic approach, in which I ask questions to hopefully guide students to think through their course material. I love the academic process, and seek to impart a similar passion unto my students.
