One hobby I always try to do is travel! I've been to nine countries and five states. I always try to go to a new place whenever I get the chance. I also like listening and discovering new music. You can catch me in my free time cooking and watching the travel channel!

About Me

I am senior at San Jose State University. I'm currently studying Communications with a minor in Public Relations. I hope to graduate and get a job in the public relation's field making a difference in the world. One day I hope to own my own company.

Experience

I have always tried to volunteer my free time to helping others. I was hired through family friends to help tutor their kids while in high school. Once I came to SJSU I volunteered for the STEM department teaching children how to use computer programs and introduce them to coding. I loved working with the children because they were so bright and loved learning

Approach

When I was younger I never took school too seriously. I always managed to get good grades, and was never really pushed everything was my own responsibility. I hit high school and was told that I wouldn't get into college, because of one class I did poorly in. I applied and got into colleges still, so I know what its like to not have encouragement. If I had not persevered I would not be who I am today and I hope to be that encouragement and motivator to someone who needs it.
